Kibank ("we", "our", or "us") is a mobile application that helps small business owners track sales, manage inventory, and save profits. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

When you create an account, we collect:

Full name — to identify your account
Email address — for account login and password reset
Phone number — for account identification
Profile photo (optional) — uploaded by you

When you use the app, we also store:

Inventory data — product names, buying prices, selling prices, stock levels, product images
Sales records — quantities sold, prices, profit calculations, timestamps
Savings plan data — plan names, pot names, savings percentages, accumulated savings totals

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide and operate the Kibank service
To authenticate your account securely
To calculate and display your business reports, profit summaries, and savings progress
To enable password reset via email
To store your business data so it is available across devices

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers hosted on Microsoft Azure (Azure SQL Database and Azure Blob Storage), located in the United States. We take the following measures to protect your data:

Passwords are hashed using BCrypt — we never store plain-text passwords
All data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS encryption
Authentication tokens are stored securely on your device using the operating system's secure storage
Product images are stored in private Azure Blob Storage containers

4. Data Sharing

We do not share your personal information with third parties except:

Microsoft Azure — as our cloud infrastructure provider (data processor)

These providers are bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, contact us at the email address below and we will process your request within 30 days.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate data
Request deletion of your account and all data
Export your data

7. Children's Privacy

Kibank is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
